HOME The Pancake Festival Committee manages all aspects of the annual citywide Pancake Festival at Pershing Center Auditorium from securing ingredients, mixing batter, browning sausages, pouring juice, mike or coffee, flipping pancakes, clearing tables and cleaning up afterwards.
