The person receiving the Newcomer of the Year Award is selected
from those members who joined Kiwanis sometime during the
immediately preceding eighteen months period prior to the date of
selection. The recipient will have demonstrated through action and Club involvement exceptional commitment to the purposes of Kiwanis in general and to the support of the Lincoln Center Kiwanis Club in particular. |
