Lincoln Center Kiwanis Club

Club President 2007/2008

Presidents Message

Kiwanians are men and women who care about young people, and seek out ways to make our community, and our world, a more fit place to live.  “Lincoln Center” Kiwanians help feed elementary children who wouldn’t otherwise have anything to eat over the weekend.  We read to, and provide books, for pre-schoolers who may have no other books at home.  We build and maintain displays at the Children’s Zoo, and the Children’s Museum.  Our members have helped defeat iodine deficiencies in far away lands, so that children there don’t start their lives with yet one more strike against them.

This is just a taste of what “Lincoln Center” Kiwanians are doing and have done.  Would YOU like to make a difference in the life of a child?  Call us at (402) 420-0602, or drop us an e-mail.  Better yet, come to a Friday meeting.  Your first lunch is on us!
